These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and vs444 (hereinafter "vs444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, features, and content available through the vs444 website at https://vs444.io and any related mobile or desktop applications.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. vs444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, where a bet would exceed the maximum stake permitted for the relevant market, where vs444 suspects the bet to be connected to match-fixing, insider information, or fraudulent activity, or where a technical error has resulted in an erroneous odds display.

Where a bet has been placed at odds that were published in error (i.e., clearly incorrect odds that do not reflect the true market), vs444 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. vs444 will not be liable for losses arising from bets voided under this provision.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets, with the additional caveat that in-play odds are updated in near real-time and bets may be accepted or declined based on the current state of the event. 6.5 Cricket Betting. 9.1 Suspension by vs444. vs444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vs444 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) continued account operation presents a reputational, financial, or legal risk to vs444.

9.2 Effect of Suspension. Where an account is suspended for a breach of these Terms, vs444 reserves the right to withhold and, following investigation, forfeit any balance held in the account — including real money and bonus funds — where that balance was accrued through conduct that violates these Terms. Where no breach is established following investigation, any withheld balance will be returned to the player.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the vs444 support team. Before closing an account, any remaining balance will be subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements. Players with active self-exclusion requests should note that a request for account closure does not automatically end a self-exclusion period.

vs444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any prior representations, warranties, or agreements not incorporated into this document are superseded by these Terms.
